We are a print-on-demand store. Once you place an order, your product is made especially for you and shipped directly from our print providers.
- What kind of products do you offer?
We offer spiritually inspired home and lifestyle goods including mugs, posters, pillows, yoga mats, and more.
- Are your products made-to-order?
Yes. All our products are made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure unique, meaningful creations.
- Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it begins processing right away and cannot be changed or canceled.
2. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery:
- How long does it take to receive my order?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location. Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and many international destinations.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Why haven’t I received my tracking number yet?
Tracking numbers are usually sent within 2–3 business days of placing your order. If you haven’t received one, contact us.
- Will I need to pay customs or taxes?
Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's import laws. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

- What is your return and refund policy?
We only accept returns or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
- Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Because our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse or incorrect selection.
- What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving your item and include your order number and photos of the products.
- How do I request a replacement or refund?
Please email us at info@blissembrace.com with your order number and the photos of the damaged or wrong products. We’ll review your case and help promptly.

At this time we do not offer gift packaging, but you may leave a message during checkout and we will check with our print providers for you accordingly.
