Returns & Exchanges

We’ll be extra sorry if something goes wrong and will do our best to make things right, whether it’s a missing order, refund, or an exchange.   

 

At Bliss Embrace, each product is made to order with care.  As such, we are very sorry that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the items that were ordered in the wrong colour, size or design by the customer unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note:

- Please contact us at info@blissembrace.com within 30 days from the shipping date.

- Please provide your order number and the photos showing the defective, damaged or incorrect item.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Sale items are non-refundable.

- Some items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.

Please note that most of our products are made-to-order and considered 'custom items', which are exempt from the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period.
