Care instructions

- Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water.

- Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle.

- Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean.

- Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.

Processing Time

Thank you for your purchasing. Each Bliss Embrace product is made-to-order, which means we will begin production after your purchase. Processing and production times vary by item and are additional to shipping time. Normally, it will take 2–5 business days for order processing and production.

The shipping time is estimated for reference and it will be varied depending on your location and the print provider’s fulfillment center. Some orders may ship faster or slower depending on local logistics or holidays.

- United Kingdom: 4–9 business days

- Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Items in the same order may be produced by different partners and shipped separately. Packages may arrive on different days and have separate tracking numbers.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

At Bliss Embrace, each product is made to order with care. As such, we are very sorry that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the items that were ordered in the wrong colour, size or design by the customer unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
