Thank you for your supporting. Each Bliss Embrace product is made-to-order, which means we begin production only after your purchase. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and production.

💸 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected products.  Some products may qualify for free shipping based on promotional offers.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.  Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

For international orders, customs or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local authorities for details.

Returns & Exchanges

We’ll be extra sorry if something goes wrong and will do our best to make things right, whether it’s a missing order, refund, or an exchange.   

At Bliss Embrace, each product is made to order with care.  As such, we are very sorry that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the items that were ordered in the wrong colour, size or design by the customer unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

- Please provide your order number and the photos showing the defective, damaged or incorrect item.
